An all-day workshop designed as a refresher course for repeat couples. But first-timers can take it as a crash course as well if they are unable to take a full 12-week Bradley Method course. We will cover an overview of prenatal exercise and nutrition, optimal fetal positioning, the coach’s role, the three types of relaxation and how to use them, emotional signposts of labor, positive pushing positions, best uses of the birth ball, comfort measures, writing a birth plan, and much more!
Cost: $150 which covers tuition for two, lunches for two, class materials, and snacks throughout the day
Bring: a yoga or exercise mat, a 65 cm exercise ball, a blanket and two pillows, and an open mind ready to learn
